Do I need an official ADHD diagnosis to join?
No, you don’t need a formal diagnosis to take part in our support groups or counselling. If you’re exploring whether ADHD might be part of your experience, or you’re currently waiting for an assessment, you’re very welcome to join us.

What is QbCheck?
QbCheck is a computer-based ADHD pre-screening tool that measures attention, impulsivity, and activity levels. A Pre-diagnostic Screening Assessment (QbCheck) is not a formal diagnosis of ADHD. QbCheck is a useful tool that offers a comprehensive screen to determine the likelihood of ADHD being present in a person. QbCheck provides qualified professionals with objective measurements of hyperactivity, impulsivity, and inattention to aid in the assessment of ADHD and in the evaluation of treatment interventions for individuals with ADHD. QbCheck is an FDA cleared and CE marked device that can strengthen ADHD referrals and assessments.

Are the sessions confidential?
Absolutely. Everything shared within sessions or groups is treated with strict confidentiality. Group members are also asked to keep discussions private, helping everyone feel safe, supported, and respected.

Who leads the Support Groups?
All groups are run by a qualified therapist - Nina Guha (www.ninaguha.com), who is also neurodiversity-trained and experienced in supporting adults with ADHD & ASD. (Accredited & Registered Member of BACP & NCPS, Certified Professional – ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider)
